I can not say enough good things about Dr.Hicks and his team. They are amazing and I love them. This morning, when I told my preschooler that she had a dental appointment, she said “YAAA!”The office is neat, clean, parent and kid friendly. Dr. Hicks and staff are outstanding. The office is beautiful and designed to meet the needs of babies, small children and teens. My 16 year old felt comfortable and loved the way Dr. Hicks discussed his treatment with him and valued his opinion. My son has had extensive dental work completed with Dr. Hicks and we couldn’t be happier with the results and his professionalism. My 1-year old daughter tripped and fell late on a Thursday afternoon which caused some minor dental trauma. I had called around to no less than 6 pediatric dentists in the area and everyone was either booked or closed on Friday. Then I came across Dr. Hicks’ number. Dr. Hicks and his staff are very friendly! My daughter loves him and he made the overall experience of seeing a dentist (which can be scary for a 5 year old) very fun and enjoyable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to my daughter and I got to sit in and watch everything, which made her feel a lot more comfortable. My 5 year old just had his first visit with Dr. Hicks and told me in the car on our way home that he wanted to go back tomorrow. He never said that with his prior dentist. Dr. Hicks’ relaxed nature and friendly personality made for a wonderful experience for my son. For me, I was impressed with the process.
