My 5 year old just had his first visit with Dr. Hicks and told me in the car on our way home that he wanted to go back tomorrow. He never said that with his prior dentist. Dr. Hicks’ relaxed nature and friendly personality made for a wonderful experience for my son. For me, I was impressed with the process. I was able to complete the new patient paperwork at home and had no additional forms to fill out in person. The staff members I encountered were kind, helpful, and able to answer all my questions. Overall, the visit was streamlined with no waiting or wasted time. Additionally, the office was clean and modern. I’m so happy we found Dr. Hicks and his staff.
